helloattila.com is the website of HelloAttila, which offers automation, custom software, process analysis, data migration and website maintenance to businesses. Contact: hello@helloattila.com.

• The 30-minute audit is free and commits no one to anything, neither you nor us.
• You book it through the form on the site; the calendar invitation and a Google Meet link arrive by email. Calls take place on working days between 9:00 and 17:00, Romanian time.
• You can reschedule or cancel at any time by replying to the invitation or emailing us. Please do so at least two hours in advance.
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings made with incomplete, false or abusive details, and not to honour repeated bookings without purpose.
• What we discuss on the call is general advice; without a subsequent engagement we are not responsible for how you apply it.

Any work after the audit, whether building an automation or an application or maintaining a site, is agreed in a separate proposal and contract with a clear scope, price and timeline. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or creates contractual obligations.

Do not use the site to send false or automated bookings, to probe or attack our systems or our providers’, or to break the law. The form is protected by rate limiting and a bot check; attempts to bypass them may be blocked.

The site’s text, design, logo and code belong to HelloAttila and may not be copied or reused without our written consent, apart from reasonable quotation with attribution. Third-party trademarks (Google, Cloudflare, WordPress and others) belong to their owners.

The site is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and we are not liable for outages of third-party services (such as Google Calendar or Google Meet) or for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is first resolved amicably; failing that, by the competent courts in Romania. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted by the law of your country of residence.

We may change these terms; the current version, with its date, is published on this page. Using the site after a change means accepting the new version.
