HelloAttila is just starting out and I'm looking for the first 5 pilot projects. As a pilot you pay a quarter of the list price: automations from 500 lei, applications from 2,000 lei, and maintenance from 100 lei a month for the first 6 months, list price after that. All I ask in return is honest feedback along the way and, if you're happy, a few lines I can put on the site.
The discount applies once. A solution that already exists costs about a quarter of building from scratch anyway, so it doesn't get another quarter off. To pay less, either start from something that already exists, or be a pilot.

“From” prices cover the simple cases. You get the fixed price in writing after the audit, before we start. The struck-through prices are the list prices, which apply after the pilot programme.

What everyone asks.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the process, but it's no mystery: automations start at 2,000 lei, custom applications at 8,000 lei, maintenance at 400 lei a month. As a pilot client you pay a quarter of that. After the free audit you get a fixed price in writing, before we start. I don't bill by the hour.
How long does it take?
An automation: usually 1–2 weeks. A custom application: 4–12 weeks, depending on size. You get the deadline together with the price.
What can be automated, and which tools do you work with?
Any repetitive work done on a computer: data copied between programs, invoices, reports, emails, quotes, bookings, imports and exports. I work with Excel and Google Sheets, Gmail and Outlook, WhatsApp, SmartBill, e-Factura (ANAF), WooCommerce and WordPress, n8n, Make, or code written from scratch. In short: if a program can be connected — by API, export or otherwise — I can wire it to the others.
Do I have to switch the software I use?
No. I build around the tools you already have. I only suggest something new if it takes more work off your plate than it adds.
Do you work remotely or come on site?
I work remotely, so it doesn't matter where your business is. If needed, I also come on site, with a visit agreed in advance.
What if something breaks after handover?
I fix any bug in the first 30 days for free. After that, the maintenance plan keeps everything running.
Is my data safe? Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, I sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request. I only work with the access you give me, which you can revoke at any time.
Is the audit really free?
Yes: 30 minutes, no obligation. If I can't show you in numbers where you win back hours, you leave with a map of your processes and that's it.
What does being a pilot client mean?
You're one of my first 5 clients. You pay a quarter of the list price for the build, and maintenance also costs a quarter for the first 6 months. In return I ask for honest feedback along the way and, if you're happy, a few lines I can put on the site. The discount doesn't stack on a solution that already exists: that costs about a quarter anyway, so you never pay a quarter of a quarter.
The no-math-no-money audit.
The process audit costs you nothing. If I can't show you, in plain numbers, where automation saves you real hours — we shake hands and you walk away with a map of your own processes. You risk thirty minutes. That's the whole downside.
